Nox-Rust EV9 VCI Oil is a vegetable (soybean) based and biodegradable protective liquid coating that is environmentally safe and effective. The VCI is made with edible and food-grade soybean oil that is bleached, deodorized, and very resistant to spoiling and going rancid over time. It also features water-displacing, non-flammable and non-toxic capabilities, but most importantly, it has the viscosity to reach enclosed areas of the equipment. It can be removed if needed using a hot alkaline wash or high-pressure steam. Otherwise, long-term protection from corrosion is guaranteed, providing you with a peace of mind when shipping or storing your equipment

Application of Nox-Rust 1200DC, a water based, silica-free, environmentally safe Volatile Corrosion Inhibiter (VCI) that is applied within the enclosed space, by filling, fogging, or flushing. Upon application of the Nox-Rust 1200DC mixture, the VCI will chemically bond with the internal surface preventing corrosion from forming.
